This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the indoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find great dining options, which I still appreciate. I'll be back for Christmas!

I was horrified by the state of the hotel. The room we were given was not only dirty but had mold on the shower curtain and holes in the wall. Furthermore, there were unsightly vehicles in the parking lot, and the front desk staff seemed unconcerned about the overall security and cleanliness.

However, the pool area appeared neglected, with debris floating in the water, which was disappointing for a summer getaway.

The large jacuzzi tub was a lovely addition to an otherwise comfortable stay. The bed was also quite cozy, making the night truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time staying here for two nights, especially enjoying how close it was to great food options like Zaxby's and Krystal. Downtown attractions like the Museum of Appalachia just under 2 km away, making my city strolls so much easier and more enjoyable with everything within a short walking distance. the rooms were great too, comfy and well-kept, even having a mini-fridge that was really convenient for snacks after long days exploring. while I loved my stay, I did notice the curtains could use a better fit since they let in too much light at times, but overall it was an amazing experience that I would gladly repeat.
